and passionflower work with feverfew and lemongrass to help reduce migraines
and headaches before they happen.

Peppermint leaf is commonly used for migraines but drinking tea with
peppermint is a great way to help relax the body and provide a soothing aroma.
Consuming peppermint helps to relieve muscle tension and can alleviate a
migraine while it's happening. 

Feverfew is a powerful ingredient in migraine prevention and relief. Feverfew's
Latin name comes from the words "fever reducer"; and this flower has even been called "medieval aspirin"! Feverfew helps to produce serotonin which relaxes blood vessels and relieves painful inflammation. 

Lavender is known for its soothing aroma and calming effects. Additionally,
lavender is shown to provide significant pain relief from migraines and


Feverfew (Tanacetum), lavender (Lavandula angustofolia), spearmint (Mentha spicata), yarrow leaf & flower (Achillea millefolium), passionflower (Passiflora incarnata), lemongrass (Cymbopogan citratus)


Boil one cup of water add one teaspoon of herbal blend in a tea bail, put it in the cup of boiled water and steep (let sit) covered up for 15 minutes. Remove the tea ball and add honey. Drink no more than 2 cups a day.

If you are pregnant or breastfeeding do not drink this tea.
