The base oils in this cream composition are closely related to sebum, a naturally occurring lubricant in the skin. The base oils and other ingredients qualities together to moisturize, nourish, soften, reduce dryness, soothe inflamed skin, and is highly penetrating. Instead of using lotion you can use skin cream.

Almond oil (Prunus amygdala dulcis), shea butter (Vitellara paradoxa), anhydrous lanolin beeswax, calendula oil (Calendula officinalis), avacodo oil (Persea americana), olive oil (Olea europea), Essential Oils: roman chamomile (Chamaemelum mobile), lavender (Lavandula angestifolia), jasmine (Jasminum gradiflora), aloe vera oil (Aloe barbados miller), yarrow oil (Achillea millefolium), chickeweed oil (Stellaria media) Vitamin E oil, citric acid

Directions:

Gently rub your hands together to warm up the Skin Cream Moisturizer and then apply it to your body. Gently press the cream into your skin with slow sweeping motions, focusing your application on areas that are particularly dry, like the knees and elbows. Let the skin cream sink in.
